The Wi-Fi connection was a bit unreliable, and I felt uneasy using it as it was unsecured. It would be great to have a more secure option.

The grab-and-go breakfast was lacking. My child opened the bag and found only an apple, a granola bar, and water. She cried because it was not what we expected. I have stayed at many hotels, and usually, grab-and-go meals have more options. It felt like I could have stayed somewhere else for less and gotten a better breakfast.

I stayed for one night in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds and Sofa Bed, and I was impressed by the beautiful gardens and walking paths surrounding the property, which felt like a resort. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, including eggs and bacon. My only concern was the grab-and-go breakfast selection seemed limited, especially compared to what I've experienced at other hotels.

The room we stayed in had this amazing old-world charm with dark wood beams and a really cozy vibe that made it feel special plus the staff were so friendly both during the evening and morning shifts I actually felt like they cared about my stay.

It wasn't exactly cheap but I guess for the experience it was still acceptable.

I enjoyed my stay here with friendly staff and a delicious breakfast. I loved being close to beautiful parks like Lorin Farr Park and a quick drive to the Browning-Kimball Classic Car Museum, making my daily strolls a pleasure.

my stay at best western was fantastic! the landscaping was stunning, and the koi ponds were so relaxing to stroll by. i loved the pool and hot tub – they felt refreshing after a day of exploring. plus, as someone with severe allergies, i appreciated the excellent hypoallergenic accommodations. the staff was friendly and helpful, making my visit enjoyable.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel was family-friendly with nice amenities like a heated indoor pool that my sons adored. We even found some great hiking trails just five minutes away, perfect for a little adventure after breakfast.

My kids wished the breakfast hours were a bit longer for our family’s late mornings.
